I would give it 0 stars if I could. An astonishing display of incompetence. Rather than saying they could not do something, they simply tried to force it and in the process ruined a family heirloom. Only go here if you have a disposable watch you want them to manhandle, because they destroyed a 14K vintage quartz Concord while trying to open it and didn't even manage to. See the attached picture for the number they did on a watch which was safe-kept until they got their hands on it. First, Mike, the younger of the two attempted it, and upon failing, handed it to Jeff, the older man. Both were using too much force, but Jeff clearly leaned into it and severely damaged my gold watch. They then gave up, and handed the watch back to me as if they hadn't caused significant damages, and insisted it had not been them when I made them take note of this.

Wonderful people! Brought my watch there for a quick fix. The lady is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
