We were very pleased staying here. The rooms were very clean and the service was top notch at the front desk as well. And I'll add the breakfast was delicious as well.

Very clean and nice hotel. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is that I didn't get to try their free breakfast, but that was my fault. The bed felt so good I over slept.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Rode the Bearwallow trail and rock house from here. Staff very helpful and friendly to us.

Never have had any bad reviews for the Holiday Inn Chains until I got to Logan, WV. The room had fleas all over the place and had to be moved to another room the following day! Just remember that you're running a highly respected hotel and not a kennel!!! Not to mention for the other future guest that might have allergies to pets (dander etc.)! Otherwise, I had a great stay! I hated to leave this review and I can assure you take no pleasure in this! However; just maybe, this will be looked into for further improvements to one of the world's best hotel chains!!!
