Alpine Village is a beautiful retirement Community...We enjoyed our Sunday School Class reunion for all members under the teaching of the late Rev. GLENN Stevenson of Northside Baptist Church...it was a blessing 🙌 🙏
Yes. You can buy from a private owner once approved or have your own new home placed in the park. Either way you have to be approved by personal interview with one of the owners.

You would have to contact the office of Alpine Village I can't answer that question
How much is the lot rent? I am researching some things for my parents who are both 65, and I drove through this cute neighborhood today. I'm trying to get them to move into Charlotte. They are in Stanly county now.

Most lots are $330 but I believe the corner lots and doublewide lots are slightly more.
There are some vacant Lots but anything put on a vacant lot has to be new with 9-foot sidewalls! If you want to buy a trailer on a lot, there are lots with homes for sale. There are strict rules about how the mobile home looks and sits. You have to have a permanent foundation with a parking pad and sidewalks. Hope this helps.
I'm not sure what number you called.. Alpine Village is filled with lovely lots with owner occupied mobile homes. You may come during daylight hours to look around and see our village.
Yes! We have activities all year with the added attraction of our pool in the summer. There is a lending library, puzzles, videos, and a billiards table in the clubhouse. Also a dining/meeting room equipped with a sound system, large screen TV, and a small kitchen. I'm not sure about number of lots.
Do you have any home there, that's for rent? It's just for me and my small dog that is potty trained. I'm 67 and looking for a nice community like Alpine. Please let me know when you can. Thank you for your time. Janet

Lots are for rent, mobile homes are not.
Hi. I am just wondering about your pet policy? I have 4 small dogs. Is there a pet limit?
