Unbelievably incompetent and dishonest business. I had made an appointment for them to replace a CV axel on a Wednesday. I called ahead to confirm they had the part - and no, they did not. Nor did they contact me to tell me. So I bring it in at 10am Thursday, they tell me it will take 2-3 hours. Then they called around noon to tell me my tie rods are “about to fall off” and the car “isn’t safe to drive”. They were the ones who diagnosed the issue w the CV axel just a week prior; no idea how they missed tie rods that were supposedly so severely rusted. So okay, we agree to have them replace tie rods. Then around 3:30, we call to check status and are told they were unable to get ANY of the repairs done, and that the mechanic had broken his hand trying to remove the axel. I go to get my car out of there, but they say they need another hour to put the tire back on. When I show up, the mechanic is telling the lady in front of me that he broke his hand on HER volks wagen. It honestly blew my mind. I hate to say this, but I asked to speak to a manager, and was told he had just left for the day. So, seven hours later I drive my car home with nothing resolved.

While traveling back to Michigan our brakes started grinding terribly. Chase at Patton Street store went the extra mile to help us , even letting us borrow a truck so we could check into our hotel . He & Devin worked late on a Sunday to fix our very worn brakes & rotors. We picked up our car in early evening. They were so very friendly & helpful & we were so grateful!
