So, today I had my car serviced, and the guy checking me in was Matt White I believe? I was super late and Matt was super nice about it. He got me checked in quickly, was very personable and warm, and his assessment of my vehicle was thorough and honest. Thank you Matt for your excellent customer service and patience.

They have the best Saturday hours for service I have seen. I called late Friday and was able to get a noon appt the next day. I was in, out and gone in just over 30 minutes. I was shocked.

I was disappointed to read that Hendrick Honda in Easley, SC requires a surcharge on the price of any new vehicle which it describes as an administrative or closing fee. It doesn't seem to be a competitive pricing practice? Is it negotiable?

It's true and it's not negotiable. They may adjust the price of the vehicle to offset it, perhaps.

Does anyone know if Hendricks Honda has RHD (Right Hand Drive) vehicles? If not does anyone know who does?

My grandson Jonathan Goldman left his 2012 Mitsubishi at your place to replface a starter and also there had to be electrical work done. We picked it up on August 2. What's the problem I thought you fixed it. It won''t crank Fix it
