I ordered a Pollo Mexican potato 🥔, it was not cooked all the way and somehow the cheese was over cooked. I've ordered this several time and this was the worst. When I walked up to the counter the cashier just walked away. I waited and he finally came back. I notice when the causian customers come in they are greater with a smile and waited on right away. My money spends the same. I see not very many afican American patronize this restaurant and I see why. Do hope things change.

Went to Jason’s because in the past the food has been quick and delicious. Today, neither of those things were true. The restaurant was not over crowded and they did not appear to be short staffed. Still my party and I waited for over an hour for food. When it finally appeared, it was way out of the order in which we placed it. It was all cold and unappetizing. Our kids were running amuck after waiting for so long on food. Only one of the sandwiches we ordered actually required cooking. Everything else was deli meat and assembling bowls. There was no reason for it to take so long. We had to ask for several menu items that had been forgotten. The best thing I can say is that the ice cream machine was working. The staff was unapologetic about the time it took to receive our food. A little acknowledgment of a mistake goes a long way. I’m sympathetic to a restaurant environment and know it’s not an easy job, but the callous attitude of the workers was as hard to swallow as the food we waited so long for.

Went there for dinner with my family, was very disappointed. Cashier had a hard time taking orders, didn’t seem to know the system very well, so that took longer than expected. Ordered a salad bar salad, one sandwich, and kids chicken tenders. I asked for salad bowl early and thank goodness because we waited for an hour for the rest of our food. After asking a few times what was taking so long, we finally got the rest of our food. Kid’s chicken tenders were cold and dry. Sandwich (beefeater) was seriously underwhelming. They did not appear short staffed or overcrowded so there really is no excuse for such a long wait and terrible food. Only saving grace is the salad bar and ice cream. Will not be going here again.
