Very courteous and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast! Coffee available very early which is great ☺️. Clean rooms with plenty of towels, rags. Comfy beds. Outside areas are well kept. This hotel is in a safe area also as far as I can tell. Wonderful stay here for my husband and I! Very satisfied ☺️

This hotel was fabulous, clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Rates were very good for right around the holidays, and the hotel is in a nice area but convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay, and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The staff is nice enough and the area is clean enough. The reason it received three stars instead of five was for three reasons. First, there was a smell that wasn't pleasant. No matter where you went, there was this funky smell like old water damage. Second, the breakfast situation was odd. They don't allow a free range breakfast and so you must fill out a breakfast card the night before, hand it to the front desk, and they will then have your order filled the next morning. Sadly, the staff was so busy talking with each other that they messed up my order. Moreover, they don't toast the bagels. So, I was left with a cold, dry, rubbery bagel and no cream cheese. Finally, the refrigerator froze all our food and drinks. Imagine sodas splattering and running over whenever you wanted a drink!
