The absolute worst experience ever with a Metro Auth store. They have 1 employees with a line of people waiting. I was # 2 in line and waited 50 minutes and never once was acknowledged. Then my turn and the female associate did not seem to know what she was doing. She was on the phone with Metro and gave inaccurate info and when i tried to correct her she would not listen. After 40 more minutes she said i was going to need to talk to Samsung and come back and she would insert my sim again. When I came back days later she said no she would'nt help me and to call 611 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Beware she took my money for NOTHING!!!!
