I came to this salon for a simple haircut with layers. First off the stylist I was assigned seemed bothered that I had a tangled spot in my hair. She started the conversation by complaining that "brushing out my hair is going to take longer than the haircut itself." The way she made it sound you would've thought I had full dreadlocks. She continued to complain about the knot she had to brush out through the full service. Secondly she kept complaining that my hair texture was too finicky to cut and was "cumbersome for the stylist." That comment was also repeated multiple times. Towards the end, she started to rush as she was curling my hair with a curling iron and left a burn on my forehead. She continued to say "oh it's just a little red mark I don't think it'll scar". Well it 100% did and I am expecting a permanent burn mark on my forehead. She also finished the interaction by staring at me and my mom as we were paying to watch how much she was being tipped. Absolutely the worst salon experience of my life. Needless to say I will not be returning.
