This is by far the worst urgent care ever. Zero customer service or communication. The ignorance by the “nurses” is almost humorous. Do not go here as it’s a waste of your time. Better off driving to Madison if you need any care as you won’t get it what you’re looking for here. I would give zero stars if it were an option. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Dr.Gater provides professional extremely thorough, & high quality care to her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure your medical needs are met no matter the challenge you may face. She treats you with respect and is always attentive during your visit and pays attention to all the details to insure your health is on the right track. Something most physicians don’t take the time to do anymore. I am extremely blessed to have this amazing woman as my Physician.

I was told I’d get a call from a healthcare provider at 11:45 am. I called myself at 11:55 and was told to give the provider a minute. The receptionist had a rude attitude. I called again at 12:30 because I still had not received a call. When I called this time, the receptionist was even more rude when I said I’ve been waiting on a call for 45 minutes. The lady on the phone told me to “be quiet” or she’d cancel my appointment. The lack of professionalism and simple courtesy at this establishment is awful. Slow and extremely rude.

Dr. Richardson really cares about his patients well-being. He listens and is understanding. Not to mention, he always makes me laugh or cry or both!
