I am a traveling nurse and i checked in on July 3, 2022. On July 15 my nurse recruiter call The Wood Springs to pay for my weekly stay and spoke with Dionne Juzwick who is a very rude person. My company tried to pay over the phone with the company card Dionne wouldn’t accept it because she needed some more info which was fine so instead of her calling after the paperwork was sent to let me and the company know if she had the right paperwork like she said she would she didn’t so we are thinking everything is ok I called about 4pm and she had already left so I ask Miranda who was very nice and respectful she didn’t know what was going on so she called the GM Dionne and she told her to let me know I needed to put a card on file or I will have to leave her facility. I have a card on file that I have been paying with faithfully. My company was just paying for that 1 week then I will continue my own weekly payments. See I didn’t like the way she handle that she made it seem like I couldn’t afford to stay there. She has been rude to me every since I been there. She come off the wrong way I am a frontline nursing staff me and a lot more of my coworkers are staying there which we picked wood springs over extended stay where I usually stay wen I travel never had this experience since I been traveling till now. At night kids be knocking on ur door running I have experience seeing a crackhead OD and taken out by the ambulance this has happened twice ppl fighting. This is what she let stay here. Jennifer and Miranda and it’s another lady I don’t know her name are very nice and do their best to help you. Never once they had an attitude or made me feel a certain way. Dionne has a rude way about her and she judge and see things only one way. She stir up things and leave it for her coworkers to handle which is not right. Wood Springs is to nice of a building to be ran by a person with a nastey attitude, rude and act likes she don’t care. My contract is for 5 months or more I hope I don’t have to find a better place to go. I will take the others with me because we are here to save lives and make sure our ppl are love not treated wrong and that’s the way we will love to be treated also. I would like to talk to a higher up.

DO NOT GO HERE. Arrived at 12am, front desk was closed despite me calling an hour prior to let them know I would be there. They said it was fine and to call the phone on the wall because the front desk lady might be away but that she would have a phone on her. She did not. I called probably about thirty times, listening to the phone ring behind the front desk. They charged my card before arrival so I ended up having to eat the charge and go find another hotel. Absolute nightmare, please do not come here if you value not having your money stolen.

The staff here are very friendly and do try their best to accommodate the guest. The hotel was clean and the parking is great. I love that they allow pets as many hotels forget that furbabies are part of our family too. I will be back!

The service here has been awesome. My wife and I had no where to go after our apartment flooded and my wife had just given emergency birth to our premature son, they really worked with us here, especially one employee Jenifer, she's been fantastic. She made us feel secure and right at home during our time of need and I couldn't be more grateful. She works here nearly everyday and definitely take her job seriously. We were super lucky to get a room here and have stayed since October. The employees keep the rooms and facilities super clean and they are always accommodating.
