I am so grateful for Atlanta Acne Specialists and my provider, Lily, for helping me achieve my skin care/acne goals over the past year. In only a year, my hormonal acne has almost completely disappeared, the texture of my skin has improved, and old acne scarring is almost gone. I have been to several dermatologists over the years who have unsuccessfully treated my acne/given up after 6 months of treatment. I came in for a consultation after having been on Accutane twice. I had been off Accutane for about 6 months and was looking for a healthier way to maintain the results. It was a long time ago and I am just now reviewing because I keep getting ads on my social media. I do not remember exact details but whomever saw me was very critical about having used retin-a and pretty much said my skin was ruined. Since my skin was clear when I went for the consultation they said they could not do anything for me and that they focused on individuals with severe acne (which I had prior to both times taking accutane and I wanted to prevent it from coming back again without using harsh products). I just remember the person being dismissive and rude. I left with a bad taste overall and went back to the regular dermatologist for maintenance.

Absolutely life changing! I struggled with adult acne for over 10 years. Nothing seemed to work. I decided to try Atlanta Acne Specialists because of all the great reviews. They most certainly live up to everything everyone says. For the first two months I did extraction and chemical peel sessions with Christina. Within two to three weeks I stopped breaking out and after three months I noticed really great improvement in my dark spots. It's been almost a year now since I've been using the products and I couldn't be happier. Consistency and patience is key. I make sure I follow the routine day and night to the T! OMG, Teri and her staff are a miracle workers! If you want clear skin, please go to AAS now. Both my daughters had severe acne and after going to 5 different dermatologists who did absolutely nothing, I found Teri. Thank God! You can see the before and after pics of my youngest daughter on the AAS website. Her case was very severe. Teri cleared their skin and gave them back their confidence. Commit to the process, stay with the routine and listen to Teri. You'll have clear skin in no time.
