Ms. Tatiana O. was very efficient and helpful with my walk-in requests. She helped me out in 1 day, while the base closer to me was booked up for months.

There are 3 stations nearby. 3 different locations. For dependent I.D.'s: Definitely recommend bringing 2 forms I.D.'s And if renewing during time of deceased spouse, a Death Certificate is required at hand. If your provider I.D. spouse is not with you, provide a marriage certificate. or airforce form digital signed or notarized documents. Another location close to airport is open as well, according to a security guard info there is no waiting time period at that facility. All other places is appointment scheduling online and there is a waiting time, during pandemic one will await in vehicle as being called just make sure to let the staff know the make and color of your vehicle upon appointment. Upon entering building you are required to wash your hands due to protocol pandemic. Masks are optional. There is handicap access as well. And walkins are as available between appointments when free time space allows. All staff members are happy in helping with any questions. Please be patient as time management will be ready to assist as soon as available. I opt not to take any photos due to security reasons. Mahalo & Aloha🤙🌺🥰

Terrible service if getting ID at this place. Doors locked, can’t use the restroom. I had an appointment, called multiple times the number on the desk and nobody answered. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told that I was late and that was going to be put on priority walk in. No waiting area. Elderly walking back and forward from car to building. Employees having long chats and laughs with customers at entrance. Rude and disrespectful man in charge.

Do yourself a favor and go here to get your military ID cards. The staff actually cares about military families and wants to help you. When we went, the computer system was down, but thankfully it came up in about an hour and we were able to get our ID's. This location was a welcome respite after being treated so terribly by our home base. Well worth the drive.
