My young daughter and I checked in only because of the storm otherwise we would NEVER be caught dead in this place, its very old and sketch… dirty and there us actual what looks like fresh blood on the sheet when turning the bedding down, bathroom and shower is horrid, the tv works on and off but mostly off and no internet in the room, you have to walk outside and towards room 7 to even get internet on any device. This place is perfect if you are a druggy but not meant for a family!

If you're looking for a posh conventional hotel with all the amenities, this is not the place for you. However, if you're looking for a small motel with charm, wonderful hospitality and a warm cozy room, I highly recommend the Shamrock Cove Inn! Traveling alone, I didn't want to spend too much money so I searched the reviews for hotels in the downtown area. This caught me eye, and I decided to take a chance. John, the property manager was so friendly. recommended several good restaurants and even loaned me a wine glass for the evening! My room was clean, warmly decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Also appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. If I'm ever in the Ocala area again, this is my top choice!

Pictures on the website are Very Deceiving! The Rooms are nothing like they are pictured And they Smell like Cheap Air Fresheners! The rooms are Dirty, bathrooms are Dirty along with the toilet and shower! Under the bed was disgusting! We dropped something and went to get it and we found an old dust covered sock as well as a liquor bottle, it was the same under the day bed…Filthy! The towels were cheap and smelled of mildew. They claim they have WiFi but it Never Worked! It’s in a Really Seedy part Of town! Do yourself a favor and Do Not Stay here and waste your MONEY!

Yes. WiFi is available in the rooms
Not sure if they do monthly rates. I believe Diana still owns it.I suggest calling the office directly. Here is the website link https://shamrockhistoricinn.com/
It was under a $100 when we stayed. The "Paris" room is nice.
