Waited for months to get in here and was rescheduled twice. The second time they cancelled on me, they called me in Spanish, which I put English down as my language, to tell me about it and to possibly reschedule. I showed up and the woman there said "well they called you" uh yes it was a private number and in a language I don't speak so thanks for nothing. She proceeded to say they had nothing until the end of next month! I said I can't keep waiting it's been over a year since I have had a physical and I have waited all summer. Her attitude towards me was annoyed. It was disrespectful. I was given an appointment and was told later when a provider called me for a phone appointment so I don't run out of medications, there arent any that day or that time, and had me down for an entirely different day and time. I haven't even gotten my foot in the door here and already they prove to be incompetent. I told them I will see anyone there not just this one provider which they also didn't consider, until I talked to someone else who apologized. Just save yourself the stress and inconsiderate staff here and go to the one in Pawtucket.... seriously.

I don't understand how and why the director of this institution haven't do anything.. reception here lies and take the community as less. They lie in my report they lie when I set an appointment in the phone which was an emergency..my last resource is a LAWYER. And be very careful they do work with politicians and the money grabber in the billing department are there to take your little money you get to put it in their pocket.
