With the exception of some employees, most of the store staff are extremely off-putting. People working the deli come across rude and as if they have better things to do then serve customers. The chicken is almost always overcooked. The cashiers seem to hate their job and the baggers will put onions in the same bag as bakery items so they definitely need more training. Customer service is okay but not because they're friendly just because unlike a lot of the store personnel they're not curt or rude. The pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacist does not like talking to customers and will refuse to fill a prescription without notifying the customer. You could be the only one waiting for a prescription and it's always a minimum of 1 hour away. I came in there after having jaw surgery, in extreme pain, crying and begging them to please fill my medication and the pharmacist and young man at the counter said we don't do things that way here we fill prescriptions as they come in whether somebody is waiting for them or not. There was no one in the pharmacy area waiting and here I was fresh out of surgery and pleading with them (in writing as I was unable to speak due to surgery) and was still told... " nope you'll get your prescription in about an hour"! I've shopped Publix my whole life but I could not recommend this store to anyone. Shop Walmart across the street believe it or not you get better customer service there.
