The hulking size of the building, the closeness of the building across the street, the dull grey color, and lack of landscaping out front make the neighborhood look more glum and depressed. It’s already next to train tracks. Building exterior desperately needs splashes of colors to lift the energy of the block and make it more friendly looking.

Terrible area! That is one place you will hear Gunshots and random arguments with college students. This One guy keeps offering me "Gully Gully Island Kush", I have no idea what that is but I doubt its safe. 10/10 I don't Recommend!!!

Not amused. This place is not in a good area. I have to walk at night and its pretty scary since its very dark. I googled a few of the streets around and there is a lot of crime. Its very close to the station but I don't think its worth it. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. These apartments were built way too fast for obvious monetary purposes but didn't think about the neighborhood. Its no mystery why the building is not even full.

So beautiful... It's making the neighborhood a landmark for a nice place to live with a lot going on. Just left there tonight saw a good show and got some food on the way home.
