Stay away from Kenny King Plumbing.. I purchased a new water heater from Kenny King and it was the worst job ever. He had two of his techs come over to install it. After installing the new hot water heater, the water did not even get warm after an hour while the two installers were at my home. They k ew something went wrong, but they took off anyway. I called his tech that put it in and he just said that eventually it will heat up. Total fabrication, the techs fried the upper heating coil and Thermostat, by an improper install. To make a long story short, after paying Kenny King almost a thousand dollars, I had to call another plumbing company to repair a brand new hot water heater at a cost of almost $400 dollars. After installing my hot water heater that holds 40 gallons of water and it did not start to heat up, they made believe that was normal. It heated up in 8 hours and the tech said that's OK. Wrong, it's not OK, water should start getting warm in 30 minutes. Kenny King should have put in a new hot water heater or repaired what the two techs broke during installation. After I paid another plumbing company to fix their botched job, my hot water heater, heats up hot to twenty minutes. Stay away, read reviews to find a good plumber.
