Employees are always polite in my experiences. Making an appointment ahead of time really helps. Today was quick service and each individual you talk to verifies what they’re doing for you. They lay out options for additional services too. I was able to get my windshield wipers replaced (something I kept forgetting to do on my own). Thank you for helping me take care of my car.

False advertising, been in on 3 different occasions to fix a nail in different tires. Excuses, excuses, excuses. One 4 inches from Treadwell, one screw in middle of tire, one tact didn't puncture through. Wouldn't fix any of the times I stopped in. All fixable on perfectly good tires. Manager real jerk attitude, seems to enjoy not assisting. Remove your stupid signs out front. You don't assist, only push new new new and don't even have in stock
