Walked around waiting for a haircut to be finished. Was very impressed with the short wait time. Was a good selection of businesses, easy and convenient parking, very well kept store fronts.

Lots of stores to visit. Easy in and out with the flow of parking. One of my favorite shopping centers.

Summer Melville

This area was the old Scottsdale mall, that is missed. Now it is an outdoor mall and there is some good stores all around and places to eat right next to them. The light by McDonald's and hacienda on miami there's an entrance and another one by panera bread across from Kroger on Ireland.

It's convenient to have a Kohl's, Target, PetsMart, Hacienda and Dollar Tree on this side of town. Unfortunately, there are a few negatives with this location. The store turnover rate is disappointing - DSW and others are long gone, and I recently overheard the staff at Kohl's worrying that their store will be closed by corporate soon. They based this worry on the drastically reduced number of items they're being sent. Let's hope they're wrong, and it's just a supply chain issue! Also, the lot layout is strange and many people drive too fast through it, and the number of people asking for money is increasing. I am not passing judgement on their lifestyle, and I have not encountered anyone who is at all aggressive about their approach, but I know that some people find this information helpful, so thought it was worth mentioning.
