I was helped into the building with wheel chair aid by a worker. Even though I was told it would be a wait it wasn’t too bad a wait. But I wasn’t happy about the fact I couldn’t have my x rays that day even though in the report it says I have them. Digital isn’t always best. But my nurse was very kind and helpful. She stopped me before I left and gave me an ace bandage , where the Dr on told me to go get one at Walgreens. Not as happy with the doctor interaction. The nurse was fabulous!

In the past, I've had great experiences with Physicianone Urgent Care. They have very professional and personable staff and were able to address my concerns. However, on 9/18/22,I was experiencing problems with my back and hip and was in a lot of pain. I was examined by 1 of the staff and was told that I would receive a prescription for Lidocaine patches and Voltaran paste. I then went to the pharmacy and was told that nothing had been received from Physicianone and to call in a few hours to see if the prescriptions were ready. I returned home and called the pharmacy around 5 PM and was told that no prescriptions had been called in! The clinic closes at 5 PM and I was left to spend another day and night in considerable pain! Today I contacted Physicianone and was told that the staff would look into it and send the prescriptions to the pharmacy. Ads of writing this, only 1 of the medications has been prescribed. I u derstand that the clinic gets busy but some type of oversight is needed to make sure that the patients they ate treating get the medication that they need!

It gets put through your insurance first. If that's ineffective there is a "Covid Fund" it will be sent to. To answer the question outright, the office visit is $130. I'm not sure how much the charge is for the test.
We provide convenient care during extended hours and offer patients the flexibility of walking in to receive care at a time that is most convenient for them. Patients also have the option to check-in online to hold a spot in the wait queue. This is not an appointment, though allows patients to “hold their spot” in line and receive a text message when it is their turn to come in and complete the check-in process in person.
We offer the Influenza (flu) vaccine, during flu season. Visit our vaccines page, for vaccination information.
Yes; at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, we provide care for patients of all ages.
At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, you will be seen by one of our experienced providers who are trained in either emergency, family, or internal medicine. That provider may be a physician, a PA, or an APRN.
Wait times vary, though the average wait time is significantly less than the average wait time at an emergency room. Patients are typically in and out in less than an hour. You can check-in online to hold your spot in line at your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care. When waiting at any of our centers, your wait time will factor in those ahead of you in the wait queue who may be waiting in the waiting room or at home, as well as patients currently in the exam rooms, and patients currently receiving X-ray or lab services.
We have on-site X-ray capabilities, so we’re able to diagnose fractures and then splint them during your visit. Our X-rays are read by a Board Certified Radiologist. We can also provide you with a copy of your X-rays on a CD for you to bring to your orthopedic physician for a follow-up appointment.
Generally speaking, our fees are far more affordable than a visit to the emergency room, though this depends on your co-pay and the level of care you receive during your visit.
Insurance isn’t required to visit PhysicianOne Urgent Care, and we have reasonable self-pay fees for those without insurance. In fact, you’ll find our fees are competitive with other local healthcare providers. Feel free to call us for estimated cost information. Payment is required at the time of service. Yes, we accept most major insurances. Your co-pay is collected and required at the time of service. Please call your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care location to inquire if we accept your insurance.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor. If you have insurance, the total charges will be determined based on your insurance provider’s policy regarding urgent care and the level of care you receive during your visit with us. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company. For information on the estimated cost of a self-pay visit, please call your local PhysicianOne Urgent Care center.
