It's more likely the original survey was done incorrectly. Happens all the time in Florida. Neighbors had to raise their property level before building next to my grandma. It was easy to tell where the property line was. There's a street light & electric pole five feet in from the road & use to have a clothes line further down the property line. If you think they're two feet over on your side, just edge two feet into theirs... They'll figure out where the 'correct line' is... Lol

The exercise equipment is in the building on Colliseum near the main entrance to the Gardens.

You'll want to contact the office to receive the restrictions packet. They are pretty straight forward and they arent as strict as other communities in the area. The restrictions make GGC a really nice place to live.
