The customer service at this store is less than other Enterprise locations, it was awful. I needed a rental car from ReAnna in New Freedom a few months ago and she was amazing. This location should take customer service tips from her. I needed a ride to and from this location because my car was in the garage. If I had a car to get to the store, I wouldn't have needed to rent one. My job is 2 miles away and was not able to be picked up to get the rental car and waited 45 mins after I dropped off the rental car to get a ride back. The staff at this location were annoyed to answer the phone, speak to customers in person or communicate with you in any way. I had to pay an extra day because they did not have someone to give me a ride back to work on the day that I was ready to return the car. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Almost 20 years with this company renting full and partial. The customer service at this location is something special. They are excellent. I recommend you go here for your car rental. I was stuck in traffic because of an accident on 83 and I went over my return time. I called them and let them know what was happening. They did not charge for the extra time I took to return the car. I will continue to rent from them.

Rented a Chevy Silverado pick up truck. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke. The rental agent did her best to mask the smell with some spray but as soon as the A/C was turned on it was really bad. This is the third time we used enterprise and the vehicle smelled like smoke. I doubt we will be using enterprise again.
