Horrible experience. I had multiple appointments and waited 3+ hours to be seen each time. I had blood work 3 times, and would never get a call back about results and when I would call to ask they said that they “lost” my results. At my last appointment, Dr Mendoza handed me a list of psychiatrists basically giving up on me saying I was crazy because she couldn’t find out what was wrong after barely looking and only running basic blood work.

A place that NEVER EVER picks up their phone calls. You can call and call and they will hang up on you, Keep you on hold forever, or just transfer you to another person and you constantly get bounced around. I wish Dr. Monteiro took more pride in the type of staff he hires. They are just rude and inconsiderate of others. Finding a new primary has been the best since!!
