I think the issue is there's way too many clients and not enough staff or counselors. But they help people in an immense way

I agree and I dont understand it. This is one of the reason why we have so many people going back to use street/illegal drugs. To top it off its about money when you don't have money to pay your balance the first thing is to cut you off. Its cheaper to go a bag for some-of these people then to try and clear a balance of over $200. The point is to get them help! They dont go there to be mistreated or talk to like $**&. They need help not shi&&ed on! I wish i have people to contact to help a family member there. This place is ridiculous.
