I will not shop at this location. Staff racially profiles shoppers. The prices being way too high are less concerning than the lady cashier who accosted my 9 year old daughter to search her bag for theft. I strongly recommend shopping at Fine Fair.

The staff at this supermarket make me feel uncomfortable. There is no, “hey, how are you?” or “thank you.” They don’t say “you’re welcome.” I’ve even had one staff member whistle at me when I passed him in the aisle. And for the last 3 years, I’ve done my best to ignore it and try and shop locally; yesterday, I spent $70 on cold cuts and the man behind the counter said “oh god” every time I have him the combo order I want. “is that finally all?” I have asked a few women I know about how they feel shopping here, and they feel like second class citizens. If the attitudes of employees toward women do not improve, I know I absolutely will start getting in my car and driving to Fine Fair or even Pruzzo’a in Pelham Bay. There are ample stores in the area who will not ignore, harass, or berate it’s customers. Editing my review. One of the employees snatched a bag of my child’s shoulders to ensure she wasn’t shop lifting. This establishment is filled with miserable employees. We will never shop here again.

Deli staff seem to be hard of hearing since I get mayo every single time I say No Mayo.
