Never available to see my pet when she has a medical emergency. Vet team does not convey accurate information.

have been taking our new Yorkshire Terrier since he was 3 months old. He's now 1 years old and they still take GREAT care of him. If there's an emergency which we've experienced, they will still see your pet without an appointment.

Very unhappy with my experience at Banfield. I have been going here for 9+ years with my cat and never had an issue until today when the staff was abusive toward my cat. Because of covid, I wasn’t allowed in the exam room so I warned the technician that when stressed he is known to bite. I was sitting outside of the room waiting for them to finish the exam (I was the only client in the hospital) when I heard a loud yowl. I then heard the technician scream “you piece of shit” and a loud bang afterwards. My cat was obviously in distress afterward - loud meowing/yowling from the room. I could hear the tech and vet whispering and my cat was still loud and in distress. I do not like what I heard behind closed doors. I do not trust these providers with my pet and I do not like that I was visibly upset by the situation and they told me it was my fault because I need a bigger cat carrier. They then detained me in an exam room and proceeded to call Animal Control on me. I will never go back to this facility.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
