This was absolutely the worst vet experience due to Matt at the front desk. I called because my dog ingested gum and I was unsure if the gum had xylitol in it. I looked it up online while I was on hold with poison control and xylitol was not listed. I had my roommate call this facility to get a more immediate answer. Matt claimed to have looked up the ingredients and said i had to bring my dog right away to induce vomiting. After being charged $182, without asking the vet or giving instruction to reference poison control, my dog was taken to induce vomiting. Valerie was amazing and let me know vomiting was not necessary and my dog would be okay. Unfortunately this was after she had already vomited and I paid for an unnecessary service. I am so sad that I trusted Matt to help me take care of my dog but his negligence cost me and traumatized my dog. If you call here and Matt answers, ask for a different person to speak to. He is awful.

I came here to write about my own personal experience, but now that I have read the reviews before mine, I believe I need to state that the review previous to mine made by a young girl named Klaudia is incorrect. I was in the waiting room while her and a young man came in, loudly, proclaiming their dog had ingested a tampon. The waiting room at this ER was nice and quiet, however this couple made sure all eyes were on them. The staff immediately came out to look at their dog, which looked to be fine and alert, and explained they would be giving it a medication to induce vomiting. They took the dog and about 30 min later came out to let them know they dog had purged the item and was doing well. The rude man then starts to try and be clever and ask if they will have to wait 3 hours to get their dog. The staff member says they need to monitor the dog for side effects and do the discharge paperwork, and then they can leave. While waiting, the couple seems to be blind to the dog that came in unable to breathe, the dog that had to be wheeled in on a stretcher, the dog which was experiencing seizures, and a dog that was bleeding while being swiftly taken into the back with a stab wound. They began to berate the staff for taking too long, all while all of these extreme emergency cases walked right by them. Demanding the doctor stop caring for the severe emergency cases because they wanted to be on their way. They sat in that waiting room laughing, giggling, taking selfies, insulting the staff, without any concern for anyone else but themselves. I hope this couple never had to sit in an ER waiting for news on their dog, hoping they don't have make a hard decision, while an entitled couple laugh and berate the staff who is working to save lives.

Don’t bring your pet here, especially if it’s an emergency!!!!! Absolutely horrible in every possible way!

Yes,Dr. Gus is a very nice vet their staff is great....pricing can be high....
Whenever the emergency portion of the facility isn't at maximum capacity they do anything and everything they can to help you and your pet.
Hey that is really strange. All I know is when I was there and tried going online it kept kicking me off. But I wouldn't understand why that would affect you taking pictures. Were you taking pictures from your camera on your phone?
Im not sure if they do, but you can call the location and im sure they would be able to help.
Depends what the issue is.. for a regular checkup expect to spend around $120.
I have been to many veterinary practices and this is by far the best I've seen.
It's due at the time of service but they were very upfront with their pricing. I paid for the service on each visit while they treated my dog for a fractured ankle, not in advance for the whole treatment
You can get an employment application in person at the front desk.
They only do medical boarding
