Elevators usually don't work as the door will open and close continously. Currently one of the elevators lights all don't work so it's pitch black. I work nights downtown and after almost a year nothing has been fixed that I've seen.

It was alright. The place was packed and the entrance was slightly confusing. The exit was also very tight as well.

Great parking garage. I was charged the appropriate amount for parking 45 minutes. Close to downtown and many restaurants. Well kept safe garage with an elevator and easy access. Not much more you could ask for.

This place is a scam, the manager is deliberately trying to rip you off. Upon entering, there was only a sign with the rates that show 4 USD for the first hour. I was never intending to park more than an hour. Upon entering the barrier and queuing for 15 minutes, I found out that there is another barrier upstairs with a cashier. I was forced here to pay a 9 USD "prepaid fee". I did not want to pay this and I asked multiple times why this is the case while this is nowhere mentioned. The lady was "just doing her job" and there was a sign at the entrance stating this according to her. I was frustrated but paid the enter since there was no other option, the lady was just ignorant and being rude. Walking down, I observed that there was no such sign, I did manage to find such a sign but it wasn't put down (see image). I talked to the lady downstairs at the exit barrier and she told me that I can just get back the remainder of my parking fee upon exiting since the prepaid was too much. I told her that they should inform people about the prepaid fee if they enforce this. This is intentionally very deceiving. She mentioned she would put out the sign, but never ended up doing this. When I exited the garage (within an hour) the lady at the exit barrier completely denied that she said that I would get the remainder of my prepaid fee, I was completely astonished she was able top put up such an act. She supposedly called her manager and the manager said that I should just have told at the entry that I do not wish to pay prepaid but pay upon exiting the garage. This was clearly not possible as I asked for this and I was not allowed to do so upon entry. In the end, the sign was not put up and many people enter without any knowledge of this prepaid fee. This is a very clear scam and there is a pressure to just pay it since you entered the first barrier and drove up, while standing in a queue. The parking garage manager is clearly ripping customers off and the police should do an investigation.

If you have a luggage carrier the best thing to do is come in on the outside lot entrance and park in the outside lot , because you won't make it, I have see people mess up their racks.
