Best Roadside Assistance Hands down ! Even beats AAA ! Follows you Nationwide when you travel & more than worth every penny ! Sadly their rates have skyrocketed. Probably due to their new buildings like this 1 here on rte 44 in Raynham. Almost a year old. No claims in the office which is a shame. Though they do go to your house. I'll actually Pay the higher rate, just to get the Roadside Svc. That Peace of mind , just in case. Is worth it to me !

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have been driving and had many different insurance companies over the years mostly from moving around the country. My payment is due on the third of every month. If it is not paid on that exact day, on the 4th, the cancellation notice goes out in the mail. They are obnoxious! I pay my bill by the sixth of the month at the latest. Yet, every month I receive the pink slip. I should wallpaper the bathroom with these envelopes. Geico says it is the law that they notify you of your cancellation. Well this is a holiday weekend and it really burns me up with this zero tolerance of the exact day payment. Hopefully this will motivate me to get a new insurance company. I have an excellent driving record and credit score. I do not need this threat of cancellation monthly. Yes, of course, I could give them the ability of automatic withdrawal but I do not believe in that. I pay all my bills on time and do not need or want anyone pulling money out of my account when I am responsible and can pay all my bills on time. Time for a new insurance company. What a terrible policy and to blame their threats on state law. As the saying goes, I have to give them one star just to be able to review them.

I use to have Geico. However, every year they kept going up on me despite me having a good driving record, no tickets or infractions. Therefore, I decided to switch insurance. Once I switched they sent me a bill talking about I still owed them for 2 months, which wasn't true. Other than that, that was the only issues I've had with Geico. I've been in no accidents so I've never filed a claim with them to know how they are in regards to dealing with claims.
