I just experienced the worst assistant from a laundry worker and manager.I let them know I lost a certain amount of money from my card after washing 2x at $7..Now I have $3.00 after I loaded $24.00 on my card.

You should call the actual store.
Sorry, hope all works out for you I only went to that laundromat once, had to buy a card, as well as wait & fight for dryers. That was in February and I would never go back, but there was a very nice and kind young lady who worked the evening shift. I'm sure the staff would be helpful in any & every way they can. Your loss is the exact reason I have never went back, the fight for the dryers, I watched people take other people's items out, just to put theirs in.
Only one open 24 one on Allen st Fri-Sat-Sun rest of week 6am to midnite
The Prices are very affordable for the washing machines and all the Dryer are FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!👍😀
