There's changes everyday. All good. The buildings are really nice and colorful. New homes being installed in vacant lots. Landscaping along the front of our community. Still waiting for our pool but now permits have been pulled. More to come.

Very unprofessional manager. She could not answer my questions regarding the Fair Housing rules and whether or not a 59 year old would be allowed to have their 50 year old partner live with them in the community. When I asked her for someone at corporate that could answer my question she simply told me to "google it" and then hung up on me. I would very much appreciate a call back from someone at corporate.

Yes with management approval. Great friendly community.
I have seen younger people there.
There are dozens of newer ones and about 6 brand new. The rest are 20 years old and most have had major upgrades. There are also some empty lots .
On the River... lot rent is $780.00!!!
No not at Estero Bay Village.
Hey Richard, Estero Bay Village is a land-leased community. Our residents own their homes and rent the land it sits upon.

Yes it is pet friendly now. New Owners took over about 18 months ago.
