Generally, good food! The atmosphere promises more than I experiences on the flavor profile. Appetizers interesting and presented wonderfully but somewhat lacking in flavor (not enough seasoning). The same with the entrees which were good but could have been better. Their stuffed chicken was perfect but the sides, again, under seasoned. I was disappointed to hear that they don’t serve espresso; I think they aspire for fine dining but the execution isn’t there yet. Flawless Manhattan and impeccable service though. I’d be curious to go back but after a while once they change a bit.

Hands down the best meal my wife and I have ever had. From the service to the food, everything was amazing! We started with the smoked bologna sliders, then had their bolognese pasta. Our main courses were the Ribeye and the Braised Pork Osso Bucco. We finished the meal with the Panna Cotta with fresh berry compote. Our waitress was amazing, and the atmosphere comfortable. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time here. Our server, Kennedy, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food was excellent. We had oysters and smoked fish dip, arugula salad, and Bolognese before the entrees. I had the pork osso bucco (pictured) and my wife had the NY strip. We should have allotted more time to dinner; we had to skip dessert to get to a show.

A hidden gem with a memorable menu that changes each week. Easily the best restaurant in Knoxville. Understated, yet classy, with an emphasis on quality and service. Don't sleep on the butter poached lobster or truffle pasta if they have it. It was amazing!
