A really bad place to get tires

I recently had a wheel sensor go bad on my Audi Q7 right when I was headed out of town. I went into the Pondella location and boy these guys were awesome. The AC broke in their shop that day so you would assume they would be absolutely miserable....nope. The store manager Mike was so kind. He talked to me like a human being and didn't try to get me to spend money I didn't need to. Mike went above and beyond locating a part and fixed the issue fast. I will be back again for anything I can have you guys service. SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Thank you again.

The guys there were extremely helpful. They were doing some warranty work on my vehicle yesterday and had to have the part delivered from Tampa. Something happened along the way and the part was not delivered by end of business. So when I called, they said bring it in this morning and they would get me right in and out. And they did! I was not even there an hour! These guys are awesome!!
