The website and sign on the door says they open at 8am. Wrong. They open when a provider decides to get there. I waited until 8:40 in the parking lot because they do not open the doors until a provider gets there. What’s the point of hours if they don’t matter. Mind you - this is the second time this has happened to me there. Previously the LPN took me in and saw me (super nice) and was able to get the meds I needed for a sinus infection.

This used to be a great Urgent Care. Reception staff is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. They have no regard for HIPPA laws, or customer service. NP dismissed my symptoms as nothing and told me to go home and rest. Very disturbing and disappointing. Never followed up or gave me test results.
