They never answer the phone. My rice was burnt and the gryo was hard. I have been here many times and the phone is not bad. My favorite is the fry fish.

I called to place an order aroound 12pm mind you it says online Jeano's open at 12pm . When they finally answer the phone, the owner of the restaurant stated the restaurant is open and I should call back in half an hour. Remember I said before it says online they open at 12pm. At 12:30p I call back as instructed. The owner answered with a very agitated tone. I ignored and proceed to ask him what do you have ready on the menu( disclamer, Haitien restaurant always run out of food or the food listed on the menu is never ready to order). Of course, he told me to go online to see what's on the menu. I told him I just want to order. He proceeded to yell at me and told me listen, i'm not in the mood for this and hung up the phone and this is not my first experience with this owner It sadden me, the way some haitien busines owners run their establishment. I LOVE my culture but they have poor customers service. Jeano lack respect and class. The response I received from Mr. Jeano was uncalled for and disturbing as a customer. Mr. Jeano's the person who raise you with that lovely attitude bravo to them. I feel sorry for you and those around you. Your energy is one that is toxic and to think I only experience you a few time.
