The Supervisor in the shipping department is the worse. He will make you wait til he's done eating lunch before he tends to your needs

I came to pick up a load which was only gonna take 5 mins to load and the supervisor made me wait 45 mins til they got off lunch break to load me up. This is so unprofessional to keep a driver waiting like that.
