I like to spend my dollars with vendors thst earn them. Citgo could easily price match the two chain convenience stores in town and maybe make more money. Instead Citgo has consistently kept gas several cents lower than anywhere else around. Becsuse of that alone I prefer to buy there when i can. Parking lot is small but an easy pull off from rt 202. There is no pay at the pump but they allow cars to pump gas without going inside first, which is a rare measure of trust . I have not eaten at the lunch counter inside but it is always busy and always clean. I hear it is good. The convenience store is worth a visit just to see all the unusual stuff they have. On my last visit just looking around from the counter i could see smoking pipes, a havk saw, a cigarette lighter that doubles as a tiny blowtorch (gotta buy that one) fishing tackle, and pocket knives in addition to the usual convenience store groceries. This is my favorite stop between Augusta and Auburn. I hope it can be yours too.
