My partner was served his meal and I continued to wait and additional 20 minutes before they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. My partner was done eating so we paid for his food and I left without a bite. I was told at the register that something this "just happens". Really, people leave your establishment without being fed? Unacceptable!

They will be open but only for a half day. Call ahead.
Masks are required for staff and guests. Tables are distanced and disinfected between patrons. Hand sanitizer is provided.
They have been around forever. Sometimes, there is a problem with phone orders. I would not say a "decline". Depends on what is going on and what you are ordering.
It's not an all you can eat buffet. You pick what you want off the menu so there is no price per person but it's very reasonable.
