Cashier supposedly called for someone to the jewelry counter. I waited in the cashier line 5 minutes to ask for her to call someone since jewelry was a ghost town. She said someone will be right back there. Well 5 minutes later no help!! I rang the bell and waited 5 more minute's and nothing! Laid my items on the counter as I walked out because I wasn't waiting again in another line of 4 people with the slow cashier.

My experience with the pharmacy was unhelpful and unprofessional. I will not do business there again. The problem that I reported earlier was fully resolved. Customer service is taken seriously by Discount Drug Mart. It would be wonderful if more businesses could prioritize customer care!

Check out lady was about as cold and impersonable as you can get. Not a smile, a hello, or anything. I just had three items and didn't need to ask any questions. Might as well install self checkout. It was my first time shopping here. Probably my last.
