I used Village Frame Shop to frame an art piece as an anniversary gift for my wife. Marie was very kind and helpful with picking the best colors, and designs. The frame turned out great, and my wife loved it!! Thank you and your team for making this gift extra special.

I will NEVER use this frame shop again. I simply brought in two pieces to be switched out into opposite frames. No frames or mats were purchased and the work cost me almost $300, which I think is terribly overpriced. Also, I waited over a month for return of my items, which made no sense since little to no work was involved. The only "work" that was done was to stretch a sampler and add a new piece of glass. Again, totally overpriced for what was done. What would it have cost me if I had ordered new frames and added mats? $800 to $1,000???? For two pictures??? The owners have to realize not all people in Poughkeepsie are millionaires. Never again. Take your work elsewhere unless you can afford SUPER high prices and want to wait to have your items returned.

The Village Frame Shop has endless options to make your photos or art really shine. I used to just tape or pin my photos and art on the wall. Since I’ve had a piece framed by the VFS I don’t think I can stop! It’s amazing how much better everything looks professionally framed. They also have cool modern ready made frames. They do repairs and photo restorations too! They have partnered with photographers that also do printing! One stop shopping! I’ve recommended them to many friends and I will be returning soon! My experience at the frame shop was wonderful. The staff is courteous and professional, the work done in a timely fashion, and not to mention the frame came out gorgeous. I used to haphazardly hang things on the wall with nails and tacks (lol) - but I’ve realized that investing in proper framing for your art or photos or creations is a superb way to display their beauty - I would absolutely recommend the Village Frame Shop to anyone!
