Not a bad store. Selection was not the greatest.....had to order multiple items online. However, the store was filled but I never felt crowded in the space.

I will start by saying that I have he many good experiences at this Home Depot. However, my most recent experience has been terrible. I would highly recommend that you never order a kitchen/cabinets from them. The quoted delivery date of cabinets is off by 3 months. And I totally understand that there are national supply chain challenges that are outside their control, but then they should set reasonable expectations and not promise 2 week delivery (max of 6 weeks)… then proceed to make another promise of 4 more weeks when they didn’t hit that target… and then proceed to make another promise of 4 more weeks which did not happen. That is only part of my frustration, because again I under that there are national supply chain challenges. What I am more upset about is their customer service to try and make things right. One employee said that they typically will refund 10-15% for my inconvenience, but when I try to move forward with some sort of refund I can only work with 1 kitchen employee (the others can’t help), this one person will not return any voicemails, and was supposed to speak with a manager and provide me an answer next day(this was a week and a half ago). So because of their lack of help and concern, and terrible communication, I am happy to take my business (appliances, lighting, backsplash,etc) elsewhere.
