I filed a claim on a package that was so called delivered and it wasn’t since I haven’t received it. I’m pretty sure they kept it for themself and my fail keeps getting denied.

This Post office steals packages. They take pictures of the package but doesn’t show where they left the package. I had 3 packages stolen because of this post office. I’ve tracked my packages and every time it shows it was delivered to this post office but magically my package grew legs and walked away. The person I spoke with was nice but he knows, his people that work there steals. I’m done having packages come through this post office.

I’ve been unable to reach them by phone, too. I moved to Enfield on 12/18/20, and notified them of the change on 12/5/20 with a request to begin delivery of mail to my new address on 12/13/20 as I was frequently at the new address preparing to move at that time. But I’m still receiving all of my mail at the old address! I filed the notification online, called them directly (no answer after my first call), spoken with the mail carriers, filed a follow up/complaint online. So far, all to no avail. And as of 2/5/21, mail keeps coming to my old address! So far, it’s been 2 months!

I still can get the paperwork for moving from the New Britain post office so I'd try again; I don't know why you couldn't. I think it has something to do with EVERYTHING BEING CHANGED TO ONLINE ONLY?!

Do you have a mail box, name on your box, improperly addressed mail from senders, dog loose on your property, blocked box with no access.... or you didn't get mail today, it happens.

You can walk up - some locations you can schedule an appointment online but I don't think you can here. Note that passport hours are different Mon - Fri 9:30 am - 3:30 pm and Sat 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. They also do passport photos here and the hours are the same as the passport walk up hours
No, they don't. (In fact, lunchtime seems to be one of the busier times there.)
