Room was clean. Didn't have enough toiletries, nor enough bath towels for two people. Needs to add refrigerators or coolers to the rooms for keeping cold refreshments

Positive: The pool was not open like they said it was. The room did not have a refrigerator and a sofa like they said it would. I was unable to find a different hotel so I was stuck there with my four kids. It was absolutely horrible.

The staff is friendly and helpful,. Rooms are clean. Affordable pricing. I stayed in a jacuzzi room, it was wonderful. Shopping and food all nearby. I would highly recommend this place.

Oh my word…the only possible way anyone would rate this above 2 stars is if they were receiving a paycheck from the hotel. We were in Manchester for a wedding and this was the worst place I have EVER stayed. My comforter had a mysterious stain, TV didn’t work, fridge and microwave were missing, sconce next to the bed was hanging upside down, and I could NOT sleep. Stay in London, Corbin or ANYWHERE else!
