Fantastic experience! The sales rep Judy really knew her stuff, had the answers, and the details I needed for me to understand pretty much everything I was unsure of... you don't get that very often! The installer Kevin was absolutely great too! He put me at ease with every step... that isn't easy! I recommend this crew from Window World! 5 Stars!!!!!

Still waiting after 6 months for my project to be finished. Manger never calls back or follows up. The worst experience ever. Now I'm told they can't find the rest of my windows and need to remake them. Another 2 months to remake. I will never recommend this company. Very poor communication, poor customer service, And not even offering any solutions to resolve the problem.

I love my windows! Judy did a great job getting me what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Plus she was great to visit with. And the installer, Kevin, did a wonderful job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up nicely after he was done.
