Large room with lax house keeping -- hair in sink, dirty washcloth on shower curtain rod, mold in some corners. All items were in areas that can easily be overlooked in cleaning, but not nice to find as the next guest. Overall in need of significant updating both functionally and cosmetically. Outlets too loose to hold a charger, lighting dim.

I checked in and stayed two nights. On the second night we had a snow storm and the power went out at 3am. I had paid full price for the room both nights. The next morning I had awoke with no power and was unable to get home as I was snowed out. I ended up being stuck there and had to stay another night. I was stuck in a motel room with no power from 3am to 10pm that night. Still ended up charged 177$ for the night.

We stayed here in February. We arrived after midnight as planned. The carped was filthy. The chair seats were super bad. It looked and smelled to be dirty oil. The rest of the room was clean & in good condition. We were tired so we just crashed. Arriving late it wasn’t supposed to be a problem but I later wondered if this room was given to those who woke them up.

The lady was super nice!! And we updated to the king room with a hot tub, the room was amazing!! We had such a great time, it was a wonderful experience for our 1 year anniversary
