horrible customer service. applied for a HELOC over a month ago and have had no response to our emails we sent or phone messages we left. Never received a denial letter. NOTHING Lisa Calkins clearly cares less about her customers!! We will be moving our finances elsewhere.

I've gotten a welcome email every hour on the hour for 72 hours since I've signed up. Jesus christ I still don't feel welcomed I'm finished with this bank and I'm going to continue my banking endeavors with a much more professional and caring bank like westfield bank.

Only on some accounts and I believe you still have to maintain a balance or have direct deposit/automatic payments
Government issued ID, and an initial $25 deposit to start the account. If your address on your ID doesn't match to your current address I would bring a bill to confirm address
