Cranberry Home Care is a wonderful health care agency . They try everything possible to accommodate their clients needs and schedules. They are very professional and consistent with the care they provide. During COVID they went above and beyond They were vaccinated and followed CDC recommendations and never stopped caring for their clients . They also use an updated computer system for records and in house tracking of the employees The computerized program was great for dealing with long term insurance claims .The employees are excellent and can be trusted The owner cares deeply about the business and is caring and extremely concerned about the quality of care they provide to the clients and their families. I would highly recommend Cranberry Health Care . Deborah Chase YarmouthPort Mass.

Trish is amazing to work for. All of the clients speak so highly of her and I am so happy I took the chance when she offered me the position. Trish's heart and soul are in this company and you can feel that when you walk in the door.

Ask your home care provider what their plan of action is when a caregiver does not show up for their designated shift. Every home care agency should have some sort of plan in place for these situations- WE DO! Please call us at 508-946-2200
