The best UPS store I have ever known. Great staff.

Nice that it’s open Sunday but the guy wouldn’t pack my fragile items in front of me. Said I would have to wait an hour because there are “4 boxes to pack ahead of me” but no one else was in the store. When I expressed concern because of the sentimental and fragility of items, he said “I can give you a refund if you want.” So either wait an hour for him to pack, get a refund, or trust the random UPS employee with my very important items. Doesn’t make sense to me. Why pack others items first when they aren’t there and they all ship at the same time.
