Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we don't offer FAX service, but we do have a document scanner. If you would like, you can scan your document and email it rather than sending a fax.
In order to borrow materials, you do need a library card. It's easy to get. Just come to the library with a piece of identification with your name, address and picture.
